Elżbieta Gębska — website presentation

One website, several needs

Elżbieta Gębska, an estate agent at RE/MAX Smart, helps people sell, buy and rent property. Her website takes visitors from getting to know her and the services she offers, through how working together looks, to property listings and contact.

Separate sections are dedicated to clients living abroad and to people looking for a flat for a student. The whole site is available in Polish and English, including the listings, the form and the messages shown after it is sent.

Character built around a person

A light background, muted gold accents and the pairing of Fraunces and Jost typefaces frame the photos and content. The agent’s portrait is part of the first screen, and the following sections present her services and the stages of working together.

GSAP animations accompany scrolling: they reveal text and guide visitors through the process from the first conversation to the transaction. The layout adapts to phones, where a fixed contact bar lets you call or go to the form.

Listings without entering data twice

The website pulls listings from the RE/MAX system through a custom API. It shows photos, prices, floor area and property status, and links to the details of each listing.

Caching limits the number of requests. If the source is temporarily unavailable, the site can fall back on the most recently saved data. As a result, adding listings does not require updating the agent’s website separately.

Contact with context

Choosing a service, or a button next to a property, fills in the subject of the enquiry. Visitors can go straight to a conversation about a specific need instead of explaining everything from the beginning.

The form validates the required fields, handles consent to be contacted and shows the sending status. If something goes wrong, it offers an alternative way to get in touch. Enquiries are forwarded to the agent’s inbox in the RE/MAX system.

From the visual layer to integration

The project combines a responsive interface in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with GSAP and Lenis animations and serverless functions on Vercel. It also includes metadata, a sitemap and structured data describing the agent and her business.

The result is a website where you can learn how working together looks, check available properties and send an enquiry, in Polish or English.
