Data controller

The controller of personal data sent through the contact form is Michał Strześniewski. Contact regarding your data: kontakt@strzesniewski.pl.

What data and why

I process the data you provide in the form (full name, email address and, optionally, company, phone number and details of your enquiry) solely to reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long

I keep the data for as long as needed for our correspondence, and then for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless we start working together — in that case for the period required by law.

Who receives the data

Messages from the form are delivered by email through a service provider (Resend) and hosted by an infrastructure provider (Vercel). The data is not sold or used for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. When you choose a language version, it only stores a lang cookie with that choice (for one year) so that the site is shown in the same language on your next visit.
